Dr. Maurice
Ricks is the founder and Senior Pastor of Sure Foundation Bible
Church (SFBC) which was organized in 1989.
Exemplifying
spiritual growth and numerical growth today, SFBC has 750 members,
20 ministries and six mission churches under the leadership of Dr.
Ricks.
Dr. Ricks is also
the founder of School of the Scripture which is an accredited Bible
college. The institution of biblical learning now has five branches
located throughout the
United States
.
His educational
achievements include numerous degrees: A Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Biblical Studies and Pastoral Ministry from Criswell College in Dallas , Texas
; a Master Degree in Religious Education from Glad Tidings Bible
College in St. Louis,
Missouri; a Doctorate Degree in Religious Education from School of
the Scripture in Dallas, Texas; a Master Degree in Christian
Counseling from School of the Scripture in Dallas, Texas; and a
Diploma in Biblical Studies from Southern Bible Institute in Dallas,
Texas. In addition, Dr. Ricks also attended
Henderson
State University in Arkadelphia , Arkansas and Bishop College in Dallas , Texas
.

married to Priscilla, and he is the father of four children.

Dr.
Priscilla Ricks has been married to Pastor Maurice Ricks for
27 years. She is an avid supporter of her husband’s vision
and ministry.
At Sure Foundation Bible Church
, Dr. Priscilla Ricks is Directress of Christian Education and
Directress of Women’s Ministry.
In
addition to her spiritual service, she is a teacher in the
public sector where she has been endorsing education in that
capacity for 32 years.
She has a
